Peer Review Process
Manuscripts submitted to “Health Science Monitor” will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. After the manuscript successfully passes the initial screening process, each submission will be reviewed by at least two external, independent peer reviewers who are experts in their fields in order to ensure an unbiased evaluation process. The editorial board will invite an external and independent editor to manage the evaluation processes of manuscripts submitted by editors or by the editorial board members of the journal.
The “Health Science Monitor” editor will conduct a thorough assessment to ensure there are no conflicts of interest before contacting reviewers and will exclude individuals with conflicting interests from consideration. Reviewers are requested to formally declare any conflicts of interest prior to conducting a review of any submitted material.
The Editor-in-Chief is the final authority in the decision-making process for all submissions.
